How do I request a return?Updated a month ago

We must authorize all exchanges prior to return. Please contact us by email at [email protected] or through this form to make an exchange/refund authorization request within 14 days of the order's delivery date

Please provide us with your order number and the style numbers of the merchandise you wish to return.

You can return online purchases by mailing it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below. If you purchased an item somewhere other than our website, please contact the store and follow their return procedures.

Your Return Package: 3 Steps To Prep

  1. If you saved your box, put the item(s) you want to return securely back in it, along with the original invoice , and securely seal the box.
  2. Stick the Prepaid Return Label we've provided on top of the original shipping label (make sure the previous label barcode is completely covered).
  3. Book a pick-up with the shipping carrier found on your Prepaid Return Label or drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location.

Note: If you are returning multiple items, please try to include all items in one box and use one Prepaid Return Label (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes). When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.
