My tracking shows my order was delivered, but I cannot locate my package. What can I do?Updated 10 days ago
If you can't find your delivery where you expect it to be, we kindly ask you check the following locations (if applicable):
- Around your property. The delivery person might have left the package in a secure location or left a Delivery Notice Card.
- Your personal mailbox or community mailbox.
- Mailroom
- Front desk or security
- Building superintendent or concierge

If your order is deemed as lost or stolen, we will reship the order. We do not offer refunds for lost or stolen orders.
