What is your return/exchange policy?Updated a month ago

Regular-Priced Merchandise

  • Within 14 days of the delivery date: you can send us a request for an exchange or a refund to the original method of payment. If you do not send an email within 14 days of receiving your package we reserve the right to no longer accept returns or exchanges.
  • Note that we charge a restocking fee of $9.00 for all returns in order to help pay a portion of the return label. If the return lowers your purchase order below the free shipping rate we will have to charge a restocking fee of $15.00.
  • Swimwear can be returned or exchanged if the protective hygienic liner is intact.

Sale Merchandise

  • Within 14 days of the delivery date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit with a promo code available online.
  • All items discounted at 40% and more are FINAL SALE. No exchanges, no refunds.
  • All items purchased from ARCHIVE COLLECTION are FINAL SALE.

Items received via an exchange cannot be returned or exchanged again. 

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached. 

If you purchased an item somewhere other than our website, please contact the store and follow their return procedures. 

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Excessive Returns

We regularly monitors returns to identify misuse or abuse of our shipping and returns policies. We may flag some customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns or abuse of these policies. Customers who are flagged may be subject to review and revocation of our standard return policies. We reserve to right to refuse service to anyone.
